Robin Baker is our very own “Chief Executive Blogger” and although she doesn’t have any certifications or degrees in fitness, she’s a life-long fitness addict. She devours what she’s taught and practices what she preaches, then she expands it to all different forms of activities. She’s deemed it necessary to create a theme or a name for her fitness routine. Hers is “Workout Dragon” and encourages everyone to choose an animal or name for their routine that means “unstoppable” to you. Robin’s self-deprecrating humor is sure to make you smile as you burn calories, build muscles, and lose fat! Good luck following her because her kinetic energy is boundless and hysterical!!!
