Robin Baker is our very own “Chief Executive Blogger” and although she doesn’t have any certifications or degrees in fitness, she’s a life-long fitness addict. She devours what she’s taught and practices what she preaches, then she expands it to all different forms of activities. She’s deemed it necessary to create a theme or a name for her fitness routine. Hers is “Workout Dragon” and encourages everyone to choose an animal or name for their routine that means “unstoppable” to you. Dorota Porazinska is an experienced Yoga and Fitness teacher and an endurance athlete (thriathlete, cyclist, runner). Her
professional scientific background and attention to detail plays strongly in her ability to provide a safe and motivational environment to self-empowerment and discovery as well as improved physical and mental performance. She teaches yoga in a multi-style format that attends to athlete’s needs and problems and spinning and aqua classes. She holds multiple certifications (e.g. Yoga Alliance, Aananda Yoga, Restorative Fusion Yoga, AFAA Group Fitness, Keiser Cycling, Aqua Fitness) and has been active in Yoga and Fitness industry for over 10 years. In addition to her enthusiasm for fitness, she has an immense passion for science. She is a Ph.D. graduate in Ecology and Biological Sciences and holds a faculty position at the University of Florida where she conducts research on the importance of biodiversity in functioning of ecosystems, advises students, and teaches classes.
Sean Spire is a fitness professional (NSCA – CPT, CSCS) who works with a wide array of clientele specializing in athletic development, weight loss, post-rehabilitation, and the geriatric population. After completing his degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University where he was a scholarship athlete in swimming, he moved back down to South Florida to pursue his passion – helping people live life the way it is meant to be lived.
